At Tiare Construction Management, our Council Permit Submission service takes care of the entire approval process on your behalf. We prepare, compile and lodge all required documents — including TMPs, TGS layouts, CMPs, Swept Path Analysis, and supporting site plans — ensuring your application meets every council requirement from the outset. We manage communication with council, respond to requests for additional information, and ensure your submission is accurate, compliant and professionally presented. Whether it’s for road occupancy, footpath opening, stormwater connection, hoarding/scaffolding, or event approvals, we streamline the process so your project can progress without unnecessary delays. PLEASE NOTE: This does not include the Council Permit Fees - this will be charged directly from Council.
